新质生产力赋能乡村振兴的理论逻辑、现实困境和路径选择

The Theoretical Logic, Practical Difficulties and Paths of Rural Revitalization Empowered by New Quality Productivity

摘要

乡村振兴战略是党和国家致力于推动农业、农村、农民实现全方位发展的重大战略部署。新质生产力正逐渐成为推动乡村全面振兴的核心驱动要素，为乡村振兴战略的实施提供重要支撑。文章通过剖析新质生产力在乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴中的驱动作用，从产业结构优化、人才培养提升、文化传承创新、生态资源转化、组织治理现代化等方面揭示其赋能乡村振兴的理论逻辑，分析乡村振兴在产业技术薄弱、人才外流、文化断层、生态脆弱、组织体系束缚等方面面临的现实困境。为加快新质生产力高质量赋能乡村振兴，应构建现代产业体系、夯实人才根基、创新转化乡村文化、加强生态修复保护、加快组织改革等，促进新质生产力与乡村全面深度融合，为乡村振兴注入持久动力。

Abstract

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment by the Party and the state aimed at promoting all-round development in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. New-quality productivity is gradually becoming the core driving element for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, providing a key support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This article analyzes the driving role of new-quality productivity in the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology, and organization, revealing its theoretical logic in empowering rural revitalization from aspects such as industrial upgrading, talent cultivation and improvement, cultural inheritance and innovation, ecological resource transformation, and modernization of organizational governance. It also examines the practical difficulties faced by rural revitalization in areas with weak industrial technology, brain drain, cultural discontinuity, ecological fragility, and constraints from organizational systems. To accelerate the high-quality empowerment of rural revitalization by new-quality productivity, it is necessary to build a modern industrial system, consolidate the foundation of talents, innovate and transform rural culture, strengthen ecological restoration and protection, and accelerate organizational reform, promote the deep integration of new-quality productivity with rural areas in all aspects and drive high-quality rural development to inject lasting impetus into rural revitalization.
