丝瓜新品种驻丝瓜15号的选育

摘要

驻丝瓜15号是以自交系驻A-12-03为母本、自交系B-08-06为父本配置而成的杂交1代丝瓜新品种。该品种中早熟，从定植至始收约42 d，全生育期160 d。植株雌花发生早且多，叶片掌状浅裂，连续坐果能力强。果实长圆筒形，肉质柔嫩、纤维少，果皮薄、浅绿色，平均瓜长38.7 cm、横径4.6 cm，平均单瓜质量285.0 g，667 m²产量5 755.3 kg。可溶性固形物含量（w，后同）3.7%，维生素C含量213 mg·kg^-1，蛋白质含量10.1 g·kg^-1，粗纤维含量5.61 g·kg^-1。耐贮运，耐低温，田间抗霜霉病、白粉病、病毒病，商品性好。适宜在安徽及河南省周边地区保护地和露地种植。2025年12月通过安徽省园艺学会园艺作物品种认定。

Abstract

Zhusigua No. 15 is a new hybrid F1 cultivar developed by crossing the female inbred line Zhu A-12-03 and the male inbred line B-08-06. This cultivar is characterized by mid-early maturity, taking approximately 42 days from transplanting to initial harvest, with a whole growth period of 160 days. The plants exhibit early and abundant female flower development, feature palmately shallow-lobed leaves, and possess strong continuous fruit setting ability. The fruits are long-cylindrical with tender flesh, low fiber content, and thin, light green skin. The average fruit length is 38.7 cm, with a transverse diameter of 4.6 cm and an average fruit mass of 285.0 g. The yield reaches 5 755.3 kg per 667 m². In terms of nutritional quality, the soluble solids content is 3.7%, Vitamin C content is 213 mg·kg^-1, protein content is 10.1 g·kg^-1, and crude fiber content is 5.61 g·kg^-1. Zhusigua No. 15 demonstrates good storage and transport tolerance, as well as cold resistance. It shows field resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and virus disease, exhibiting excellent commercial quality. It is suitable for cultivation in protected field and open field in Anhui and surrounding areas of Henan province.
