基于课程思政提升放射肿瘤学专业硕士研究生综合能力的研究 ^*

Study on improving the comprehensive ability of radiation oncology master students based on curriculum ideology and politics

摘要

随着恶性肿瘤发病率的逐年增高, 放射肿瘤学的临床应用明显增加, 从事放射肿瘤学的专业人才培养迫在眉睫。思想政治教育在放射肿瘤学专业硕士研究生培养过程中发挥重要作用, 在提升临床能力的同时应强化思想政治教育, 增强医学生的自我价值感及社会使命感。本研究利用放射肿瘤学的课程思政建设提高放射肿瘤学人才培养质量, 利用实践中的思政教育加强学生的综合素质及能力, 同时融入科学的职业生涯规划教育, 使学生更能适应毕业后的工作岗位需求。

Abstract

With the increasing incidence of malignant tumors year by year, the clinical application of radiation oncology has increased significantly, and the training of professional talents engaged in radiation oncology is imminent. Ideological and political education plays an important role in the training of radiation oncology master students. While improving clinical ability, ideological and political education should be strengthened to enhance the sense of self-worth and social mission of medical students. This study uses the ideological and political education of radiation oncology curriculum to build a scientific career planning education system, strengthen the comprehensive quality and ability of students, improve the quality of radiation oncology talent training, and make them more suitable for the job after graduation.
