乡村产业高质量发展的影响因素与组态路径研究^*

Research on the Influencing Factors and Configuration Paths of High-quality Development of Rural Industries

摘要

乡村产业振兴是乡村振兴的重要组成部分和物质基础，推动乡村产业高质量发展是实现乡村产业振兴的必由路径。基于资源基础理论和已有相关研究，构建乡村产业高质量发展影响因素分析框架，对东北地区23个乡村进行实地调研，展开模糊集定性比较分析。研究发现，乡村产业高质量发展受到市场需求、政府支持、特色资源、人力资本、组织动员、协同创新等多重因素的共同影响，实现乡村产业高质量发展可以采取三条路径，分别是“人力资本-协同创新”驱动路径、“市场需求-特色资源-组织动员”驱动路径和“政府支持-特色资源-组织动员”驱动路径，为在不同情境下发展乡村产业提供借鉴。基于此，提出坚持因地制宜发展乡村产业、健全“项目进村”制度设计、加强基层党组织建设和乡村产业带头人培育、推动建立联农带农机制的政策建议。

Abstract

The revitalization of rural industries is an important component of rural revitalization, and the high-quality development of rural industries is the path that should be pursued in rural industrial revitalization. Based on the resource-based theory and existing researches, an analytical framework about the influencing factors of high-quality rural industrial development was constructed. Field research was conducted in 23 rural areas in Northeast China, and a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis was carried out. The research found that the development of rural industries is jointly influenced by multiple factors include market demand, government support, characteristic resources, human capital, organizational mobilization, and collaborative innovation. There are three paths to achieve high-quality rural industrial development: the 'human capital-collaborative innovation' driven path, the 'market demand-characteristic resources-organizational mobilization' driven path, and the 'government support-characteristic resources-organizational mobilization' driven path. These findings provide references for developing rural industries in different contexts. On this basis, policy suggestions include developing rural industries according to local conditions, improving the institutional design of 'projects entering villages', strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations and the cultivation of rural industrial leaders, and promoting the establishment of a mechanism to connect and benefit farmers were proposed to enrich and strengthen the resources and capabilities for developing rural industries.
