中国特色农业经济学理论体系的演进逻辑与实现路径^*

The Evolutionary Logic and Implementation Path of the Theoretical System of Agricultural Economics with Chinese Characteristics

摘要

构建中国特色农业经济学理论体系，是回应“三农”实践新需求、服务乡村全面振兴与农业强国建设等国家战略的核心议题，而这一体系的科学搭建需以对农业经济学研究现状的系统梳理与客观分析为前提。文章以2005-2024年农业经济学领域四种期刊刊文为研究样本，运用文献计量法研究发现：刊文数量呈现鲜明的阶段性特征，与重大政策节点及学术研究从“广度覆盖”向“深度挖掘”的转型需求高度契合，单篇刊文篇幅整体增长，体现研究严谨性与深入性的提升；研究方法形成多元协同格局，定量研究法逐步成为主流范式，案例研究法受重视程度不断提升，但对中国本土情境的适配性仍需加强；研究问题紧扣中国“三农”实践与国家战略，既有长期核心议题的持续深化，也有时代议题的逐步拓展，呈现“微观基础保障-制度创新引擎-宏观战略引领”的特征。在此基础上，凝练出当前理论体系构建中“解释力-本土性”失衡、情境要素嵌入不足、自主性与前瞻性欠缺等核心问题，进而提出以马克思主义实践论为指导，搭建“三维扎根-三问牵引-三层跃升”的系统路径，推动中国特色农业经济学实现从“政策阐释”到“理论引领”的范式转型。

Abstract

Building a theoretical system of agricultural economics with Chinese characteristics is a core issue in response to the new needs of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" practice, serving rural revitalization and the construction of a strong agricultural country. The scientific construction of this system requires a systematic review and objective analysis of the current research status of agricultural economics. This article takes the "four major journals" in the field of agricultural economics from 2005 to 2024 as research samples, and the bibliometric methods were used, and found that: The number of publications shows distinct stage characteristics, which are highly in line with the transformation needs of major policy nodes and academic research from "broad coverage" to "deep exploration". The overall length of a single publication increased, reflecting the improvement of research rigor and depth; The research methods formed a diverse collaborative pattern, and quantitative research gradually became the mainstream paradigm. The importance of case study method continued to increase, but its adaptability to the local context in China was still to be strengthened; The research questions were closely related to China's "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" practice and national strategy, with both the continuous deepening of long-term core issues and the gradual expansion of contemporary issues, presenting the characteristics of "micro basic guarantee-institutional innovation engine-macro strategic guidance". On this basis, this article summarized the core issues in the current theoretical system construction, such as "imbalance between explanatory power and locality", "insufficient embedding of situational elements", and "lack of autonomy and foresight". It then proposed to use Marxist practical theory as a guide to build a systematic path of "three-dimensional rooting, three question traction, and three layer leap", promoting the paradigm transformation of Chinese characteristic agricultural economics from "policy interpretation" to "theoretical guidance".
