摘要

农业产业链高质量发展是建设农业强国、实现乡村振兴的核心路径。基于2011-2022年省级面板数据,构建金融创新与农业产业链高质量发展综合评价指标体系,运用固定效应模型与中介效应检验,实证分析金融创新对农业产业链高质量发展的驱动效应。研究结果表明,金融创新水平的提升能够促进农业产业链高质量发展。金融创新通过推动农业要素流动、增强农村科技创新能力、提升农民创业水平等渠道,对农业产业链高质量发展产生积极影响。金融创新对农业产业链高质量发展的提升作用,在金融深化程度低、农业产业规模较小的地区表现得更强。据此,应强化农村金融基础设施建设与差异化服务能力,突出对重点地区和薄弱环节的支持,激活产业链内在动力,促进农业产业链高质量发展。

Abstract

The high-quality development of the agricultural industry chain is a core pathway for building a strong agricultural sector, achieving rural revitalization, and realizing agricultural modernization. Based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for financial innovation and high-quality development of the agricultural industry chain. Employing fixed-effects models and mediation effect tests, we empirically analyze the driving effect of financial innovation on the upgrading of the agricultural industry chain. The results demonstrate that the high-quality development of the agricultural industry chain benefits significantly from the advancement of financial innovation. Mechanism analysis reveals that financial innovation positively influences the high-quality development of the agricultural industry chain by facilitating the flow of agricultural production factors, enhancing rural scientific and technological innovation capabilities, and promoting entrepreneurial activities among farmers. Heterogeneity analysis further indicates that the positive impact of financial innovation on agricultural industrial development is more pronounced in regions with lower financial deepening and smaller agricultural industrial scales. Accordingly, policymakers should increase investment in rural financial infrastructure, innovate financial products and services, and strengthen government guidance and fiscal support. Accordingly, efforts should be made to strengthen rural financial infrastructure and differentiated service capabilities, prioritize support for key regions and weak links, activate the intrinsic momentum of industrial chains, and promote the high-quality development of agricultural industrial chains.
