农村产业融合对生态环境的多维影响效应研^*——以长江经济带为例

Study on the Multi-dimensional Impact of Rural Industrial Integration on Ecological Environment--Taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an Example

摘要

研究农村产业融合对农村生态环境的多维影响，有利于探索更加环保和可持续的农村产业融合发展模式，为实现农村经济的绿色发展、保护和改善农村生态环境，推动农村经济的可持续发展提供有力支持。在农村产业融合对生态环境的多维作用机理分析基础上，以长江经济带为例，基于2006-2020年长江经济带11个省（市）面板数据，运用熵权法测算农村产业融合与农村生态环境的水平，并实证检验了农村产业融合及其不同模式对农村生态环境的直接效应，以及人力资本、城镇化和农村经济增长在其中的调节效应与中介效应。研究发现，2006-2020年长江经济带全流域的农村产业融合及农村生态环境水平呈稳步增长态势，农村产业融合及其不同模式对农村生态环境总体上具有正向促进作用，人力资本在农村产业融合影响农村生态环境中起到正向积极调节作用，而城镇化则呈现出负向的调节作用，且农村经济增长在农村产业融合与农村生态环境之间中介效应明显。因此，推动农村产业融合的生态化转型，着力培育乡土人才，促进城镇化绿色发展，强化数字技术对农村经济新增长点的赋能等措施能够提高农村产业融合对生态环境的积极作用。

Abstract

Studying the multi dimensional impacts of rural industrial integration on rural ecological environments is conducive to exploring more environmentally friendly and sustainable models of rural industrial integration. This research provides strong support for achieving green development in rural economies, protecting and improving rural ecological environments, and promoting the sustainable development of rural economies. Based on an analysis of the multi dimensional mechanisms of rural industrial integration's effects on the ecological environment, this study takes the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a case, utilizing panel data from 11 provinces (cities) in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2020. The entropy weight method is employed to measure the levels of rural industrial integration and rural ecological environments. The study empirically examines the direct effects of rural industrial integration and its different models on rural ecological environments, as well as the moderating and mediating effects of human capital, urbanization, and rural economic growth. The research findings indicate that from 2006 to 2020, the levels of rural industrial integration and rural ecological environments in the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a steady growth trend. Rural industrial integration and its different models have generally had a positive impact on rural ecological environments. Human capital positively moderates the impact of rural industrial integration on rural ecological environments, while urbanization negatively moderates it. Moreover, rural economic growth plays a mediating role between rural industrial integration and rural ecological environments. Therefore, promoting the ecological transformation of rural industrial integration, focusing on cultivating local talent, promoting green urbanization, and strengthening the empowerment of digital technology for new growth points in the rural economy can enhance the positive effects of rural industrial integration on rural ecological environments.
