数字经济赋能乡村产业体系现代化的实践逻辑与突破路^*——基于创新生态系统理论

The Practical Logic and Breakthrough Path of Empowering the Modernization of Rural Industrial Systems by Digital Economy--Based on the Theory of Innovation Ecosystem

摘要

乡村产业体系现代化是实现农业农村现代化的关键所在。数字经济作为重要驱动力，为乡村产业体系现代化提供新引擎。数字经济赋能乡村产业体系现代化本质上是应用数字经济对乡村产业生态系统更新再造的过程。文章在数字经济与乡村产业体系深度耦合的现实情境下，以创新生态系统理论为基石，从数据、数字技术、数字平台及新型基础设施四个维度考查数字经济赋能乡村产业体系现代化的实践逻辑。在此基础上，基于“结构-要素-组织-功能”分析框架进一步探究数字经济赋能乡村产业体系现代化的内在逻辑：通过结构系统优化驱动产业协同演进；通过要素系统联动实现资源高效配置；通过组织系统协同构建多元共生范式；通过功能系统增值完成多维价值重构。此外，数字经济赋能乡村产业体系现代化还需要推进基础设施建设、公共服务升级，健全创新要素支撑，加强创新主体协同，深化相关制度改革。

Abstract

The modernization of the rural industrial system is the key to achieve the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. As an important driving force in the new era, the digital economy provides a new engine for the modernization of the rural industrial system. The empowerment of the rural industrial system modernization by the digital economy is a essentially process of updating and re-engineering the rural industrial ecosystem through the application of the digital economy. In the context of the deep coupling of the digital economy and the rural industrial system, this study, based on the theory of the innovation ecosystem, examines the practical logic of the digital economy empowering the modernization of the rural industrial system from four dimensions: data, digital technology, digital platforms, and new infrastructure. Based on the "structure-element-organization-function" analytical framework, it further explores the internal logic of the digital economy empowering the modernization of the rural industrial system: it is specifically manifested as driving the coordinated evolution of industries through the optimization of the structural system; achieving efficient resource allocation through the linkage of the element system; building a muti-symbiotic model through the coordination of the organizational system; and completing muti-dimensional value reconstruction through the value-added of the functional system. Additionally, the empowerment of the rural industrial system modernization by the digital economy also requires promoting infrastructure construction, upgrading public services, improving the support of innovation elements, strengthening the collaboration of innovation subjects, and deepening relevant system reforms.
