Translational research advances in cancer therapy

摘要

Biotherapy is the fourth modality of cancer therapy and the important field of medical translational researches. Cancer biotherapies, including tumor vaccines, gene therapy, anti-angiogenic therapy, targeted therapy, and etc have made great progress in clinical translational research in recent years. Simultaneously, the new challenges that clinical investigations of cancer biotherapy have brought to translational researches will be discussed in the mini review.
