摘要

新文科与新医科背景下,医学院校的公共事业管理专业需要响应时代性、应用性与科技性的要求,进行植根彰显中国价值的公共管理学科,融合学科交叉的医学特色,体现数字素养的定位。通过探索人才培养机制创新、建设跨组织边界的多元合作人才培养机制、推进“公共管理底色+医学特色”的学科交叉融合建设、多渠道优化师资队伍结构这4个主要路径,实现新文科加新医科背景下公共事业管理专业人才培养的创新。

Abstract

Under the background of new liberal arts and new medicine, the major of public utilities management in medical colleges needs to respond to the requirements of the times, applicability and science and technology, and setting the position of rooting in public management discipline which highlighting Chinese value, integrating interdisciplinary medical characteristics, and reflecting the digital literacy. This paper explores talent training mechanism innovation, sets up a multi-cooperation talent training mechanism across organizational boundaries, promotes the interdisciplinary integration construction of "public management background + medical characteristics", and optimizes teaching staff structure through multiple channels, aiming at realizing innovation of talent training of public utilities management under the background of new liberal arts and new medicine.
