摘要

目的 探索标准化病人教学能否改善在老年医学科规范化培训(简称规培)的住院医师对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)患者的态度和提高其老年医学临床的能力。方法 选取在首都医科大学宣武医院老年医学科进行规培的住院医师134名,在标准化病人教学的前后分别进行老年医学能力的调查,观察教学前后住院医师对AD患者的态度变化。结果 住院医师在接受课程后各部分技能均有显著提高(P<0.001),差异具有统计学意义。标准化病人对住院医师的评估显示,住院医师在沟通和人际交往技能方面有显著改善。结论 基于标准化病人的课程对住院医师具有可操作性和临床价值。住院医师在对AD患者的接诊态度和临床技能方面均有所提高。

Abstract

Objective To explore whether the standardized dementia patient teaching can improve their attitude and geriatric ability of standardized training residents in geriatric department.Methods A total of 134 geriatric residents in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected for standardized training, and their geriatric competence was evaluated before and after standardized dementia patient teaching, and residents' attitude to dementia patients were observed before and after the teaching.Results After standardized dementia patient teaching, there was a significant difference in scores of skill improvement in all parts than before (P<0.001). Evaluation of standardized dementia patients to residents showed significant improvements in communication and interpersonal skills of residents.Conclusion Standardized dementia patient teaching to geriatric residents has operational and clinical value. Residents have improved in their reception attitude and clinical skills with dementia patients.
