基于SciVal的医院科技论文对标比较及科技能力提升对策研究——以中国医学科学院北京协和医院与首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院为例

Comparison of hospital scientific and technological papers based on SciVal and countermeasures for improving scientific and technological ability—a case study of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University

摘要

目的　利用SciVal平台对中国医学科学院北京协和医院（简称协和医院）和首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院（简称天坛医院）2015-2020年发表的文章进行分析，为天坛医院实现“大综合”战略目标提供对策建议。方法　基于爱思唯尔公司的SciVal平台数据，以协和医院和天坛医院2015-2020年发表论文为分析对象，从科研产出数量、文章影响力、科研合作、学科发展态势4个方面10个指标，得到两所医院在评价指标上的表现与差距。结果　天坛医院虽然在神经内科、神经外科“强专科”优势显著，但整体科技能力与协和医院仍有较大差距，急需加强综合学科建设。结论　基于SciVal平台对两家医院发表文献进行对标分析，发现两家医院发展异同，天坛医院需加快推进综合学科建设，在人才、平台、制度方面注重激活综合学科科研创新能力。

Abstract

Objective　To analyze the papers published by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from 2015 to 2020 by using SciVal , and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University to realize the strategic goal of "grand synthesis". Methods　Based on the data of Elsevier's SciVal platform, papers published by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University during 2015-2020 was taken as the analysis object, and the performance and gap of the two hospitals in the evaluation index were obtained from 10 indicators in four aspects: the number of scientific research output, the influence of articles, scientific research cooperation and the trend of discipline development. Results　The neurology department and neurosurgery department in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University had significant advantages. However, there is still a big gap of overall scientific and technological capability between these two hospitals. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of comprehensive disciplines in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University.Conclusion　Based on the standard analysis of the published papers of the two hospitals via SciVal, it is found that the development of both hospitals has similarities and differences. Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University should accelerate the construction of comprehensive disciplines, and pay attention to activating the scientific research and innovation ability of comprehensive disciplines in terms of talents, platform and system.
