摘要

药学类人才肩负着人民健康事业和中华民族药业发展的重任,为了顺应新时代发展要求,药学类专业的课程思政教学改革势在必行。本教学团队以药物化学课程教学为例,通过提升教师思政素养、挖掘课程思政资源、丰富课程思政教学方式、完善课程思政评价标准,探索与实践课程思政。通过以上课程思政建设的探索,教学团队初步建立了系统的药物化学课程思政育人模式,在“三全育人”道路上取得了一定的成效,学生的品德修养与职业素养得到提升,学生的知识学习、能力培养和思想素养实现了相互促进,共同提升。

Abstract

Pharmaceutical students shoulder the noble task of the people's health and the development of the pharmaceutical industry of China. In order to meet the development requirements of the new era, the curriculum ideological and political teaching reform of pharmaceutical courses is imperative. Taking pharmaceutical chemistry course as an example, this paper explores the methods and strategies of integrating ideological and political elements in teaching by improving teachers' ideological and political literacy, excavating curriculum ideological and political resources, enriching curriculum ideological and political teaching methods, and improving curriculum ideological and political evaluation standards. Through the above steps, we have initially established a systematic ideological and political education mode in pharmaceutical chemistry course, and has achieved certain results on the road of "Three Complete Education". Students' moral cultivation and professional quality have been improved, and their knowledge learning, ability training and ideological quality have achieved mutual promotion and improvement.
