基于评阅意见的中医药院校博士学位论文质量保障的思考与建议

Quality assurance of doctoral dissertations in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities based on review comments

摘要

博士学位论文评阅是保障博士学位论文质量的重要手段。本文以浙江中医药大学2022年送审的73篇博士学位论文收到的446份评阅意见为研究对象，通过关键词词频分析等方法，分析中医药院校博士学位论文普遍存在的质量问题，提出改进博士生导师遴选条件及招生指标分配依据、提升博士研究生基本学术规范和科研能力、建立导师组博士生培养模式、重视博士研究生学位论文开题、严格博士学位论文预审、预答辩制度等方面着力保障中医药院校博士学位论文质量。

Abstract

Doctoral dissertation review is an important means to ensure the quality of doctoral dissertations. This paper takes 446 review comments received on 73 doctoral dissertations of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in 2022 as the research object, and through keyword word frequency analysis, finds out the common quality problems of doctoral dissertations in traditional Chinese medicine universities. The paper proposes to improve the selection of doctoral supervisors and the allocation of enrollment indexes, enhance the academic norms and scientific research capabilities of doctoral candidates, establish mentor groups for doctoral cultivation mode, emphasize the opening of doctoral dissertations, strictly enforce strict pre-screening and pre-defense for dissertations to construct the quality assurance of doctoral dissertations of traditional Chinese medicine universities.
