从高校管理者角度探讨中国研究生奖学金评定现状

Current situation of China's postgraduate scholarship evaluation from the perspective of university administrators

摘要

奖学金评定是高校教育管理的重要工作之一。本文对中国当前研究生奖学金评定的现状和问题进行研究，从明确价值导向、细化评定细则和优化评定过程几个维度提出建议，为更好地开展研究生奖学金评定工作提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract

Scholarship evaluation is one of the important parts of university education management. This paper studies the current situation and problems of postgraduate scholarship evaluation in China, and puts forward suggestions from the dimensions of clarifying value orientation, refining evaluation rules and optimizing evaluation process, which provides reference for better development of postgraduate scholarship evaluation.
