摘要

目的 探讨环境温度突变与缺血性脑卒中发病风险之间的关系。方法 采用病例交叉设计,纳入375例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,通过条件Logistic回归模型分析环境温度突变的暴露情况与缺血性脑卒中发病之间的关联,并进一步按照性别、年龄、体质指数(BMI)及基础疾病进行分层分析。结果 多变量分析显示,环境温度突变与缺血性脑卒中的发病存在显著的统计学关联(OR=20.170,95%CI:7.926~51.326,P<0.001);交互作用分析发现,环境温度突变与性别、年龄、BMI、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常及冠心病之间的交互作用均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 环境温度突变可明显增加缺血性脑卒中的发病风险。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the association between abrupt ambient temperature changes and the risk of ischemic stroke. Methods A case-crossover study was conducted that included 375 patients with ischemic stroke. A conditional logistic regression model was employed to assess the association between abrupt ambient temperature changes and the onset of ischemic stroke. To further explore this association, we performed stratified analyses by gender, age, body mass index (BMI) and underlying disease status. Results Multivariable analysis demonstrated a significant association between abrupt ambient temperature changes and the onset of ischemic stroke (OR=20.170, 95% CI: 7.897-50.989, P<0.001). The interaction analysis revealed no statistically significant interactions between abrupt ambient temperature changes and sex, age, BMI, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and coronary artery disease (P>0.05). Conclusion Abrupt ambient temperature changes are associated with a significant increase in the risk of ischemic stroke.
