摘要
为响应教育部《关于基础学科拔尖学生培养计划 2.0 的意见》精神,推进拔尖创新人才培养改革,提出在药剂学专业教学中引入“三制三化”改革模式,旨在培养具备创新能力、跨学科知识和国际视野的药学拔尖人才。改革围绕书院制、导师制和学分制“三制”体系,结合个性化、国际化和小班化“三化”教学方式,实施灵活的课程设置、个性化培养与国际合作。通过强化实践环节和虚拟仿真平台,提升学生的创新与实践能力。该方案期望通过多维度的培养路径,培养出具有全球竞争力的药学创新型人才。
Abstract
In response to the Ministry of Education’s "Opinions on the Cultivation of Top-notch Talents in Basic Disciplines 2.0" and to promote the reform of top-tier innovative talent cultivation, this paper proposes the introduction of "Three Systems and Three Educational Features" reform model in the teaching of pharmaceutics. The aim is to cultivate top-tier pharmaceutical talents with innovative abilities, interdisciplinary knowledge and international perspective. The reform focuses on the "Three Systems" framework, including college system, tutorial system and credit system, combined with "Three Educational Features" in teaching methods, such as personalized education, internationalization, and small-class teaching. It implements flexible course design, personalized training and international cooperation. By strengthening practical training and virtual simulation platforms, the project aims to enhance students' innovative and practical abilities. This program expects to cultivate globally competitive pharmaceutical innovative talents through multi-dimensional training path.
