摘要

呼吸机相关性肺炎是重症监护病房危重患者死亡的主要原因之一,有关其病理生理机制以及干预治疗的研究已成为近年来急危重症医学科研究人员的热点话题。受临床研究各种因素的影响,近几十年来国内外已经建立了多种呼吸机相关性肺炎动物模型以了解其机制和病程特点,但都不能完整重现疾病的主要致病机制。因此本文就近年来常用的呼吸机相关性肺炎模型进展做简要的概述总结。

Abstract

Ventilator-associated pneumonia is one of the major causes of death in critically ill patients in the intensive care unit,and its pathophysiological mechanisms and interventions have become a research hotspot for researchers in the field of emergency and critical care medicine in recent years. Due to the influence of various factors in clinical research,several animal models have been developed for ventilator-associated pneumonia in recent decades in China and globally to understand the mechanisms and course of the disease,but none of them can fully display the main pathogenic mechanisms of the disease. Therefore,this article reviews the advances in the models of ventilator-associated pneumonia commonly used in recent years.
