摘要

细胞衰老是一种应激诱导的终末细胞周期停滞程序。衰老在许多生理和病理条件下的影响已经很明显。研究表明，细胞衰老在健康妊娠的发展和进展中起着决定性的作用。母胎组织（蜕膜和胎盘）的过早衰老与许多不良妊娠结局有关，包括复发性流产、复发性植入失败、胎儿生长受限和子痫前期。本文结合最新相关文献，综述细胞衰老及其与正常妊娠进展和不良妊娠结局的关系。

Abstract

Cellular senescence involves a stress-induced program that leads to terminal cell cycle arrest. The effects of senescence are evident in many physiological and pathological conditions. Studies have shown that cellular senescence plays a decisive role in the development and progression of a healthy pregnancy. Premature senescence of maternal and fetal tissues（decidua and placenta） is associated with many adverse pregnancy outcomes，including recurrent miscarriages，recurrent implantation failures，fetal growth restriction，and pre-eclampsia. This article provides a thorough review of cellular senescence and its relation to normal pregnancy progression and adverse pregnancy outcomes through a comprehensive analysis of the latest literature on the topic.
