摘要

高血压作为心脑血管疾病最常见的独立危险因素，其危害不在于血压升高本身给患者带来的不适感，而在于随着高血压病程的延长或血压长期的高状态造成的对身体重要靶器官的损害及引起的各种并发症。近年在以高血压主要引起心脑血管并发症为研究重点之外，其与脑小血管病的相关性研究也逐渐成为热点，故本文就影响高血压患者脑白质病变的危险因素作以综述，以期为防止病情进一步进展提供个体化方案。

Abstract

Hypertension，as the most common independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，does not cause discomfort due to elevated blood pressure itself，but causes damage to important target organs of the body and various complications due to prolonged course of hypertension or long-term high blood pressure. In addition to the research hotspots of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications caused by hypertension in recent years，the association between hypertension and small cerebral vascular disease has also gradually become a research hotspot. This article reviews the risk factors for white matter lesions in hypertensive patients，in order to provide individualized regimens to prevent the further progression of the disease.
