摘要

盆腹腔神经丛作为人体神经系统的重要组成部分,不仅调节并协调盆腹腔内各器官的功能活动,还参与盆腔疼痛感知与传导,以及自主神经系统调节等过程。因此,深入研究盆腹腔神经丛的生理功能及作用机制,对于揭示盆腹腔神经丛的奥秘、防治相关疾病具有重要意义。近年来,随着胚胎发育学的深入研究,盆腹腔神经丛的发育过程及其相关机制逐渐被揭示,为相关疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供了新的思路和方法。该文将从胚胎发育学的角度出发,对盆腹腔神经丛的发育过程、解剖结构、功能特性以及相关临床应用进行综述。

Abstract

As an important part of the human nervous system,the pelvic and abdominal nerve plexuses not only regulate and coordinate functional activities of various organs within the pelvic and abdominal cavities,but also participate in the processes such as pelvic pain conduction and autonomic nervous system modulation. Therefore,in-depth studies on the physiological function and mechanism of action of the pelvic and abdominal nerve plexuses are important for revealing the mysteries of the pelvic and abdominal nerve plexuses and developing prevention and treatment strategies for related diseases. Recent studies on embryonic development have gradually clarified the developmental processes and related mechanisms of the pelvic and abdominal nerve plexuses,which provides new ideas and methods for disease prevention,diagnosis,and treatment. This article reviews the developmental process,anatomical structure,functional characteristics,and clinical applications of the pelvic and abdominal nerve plexuses from the perspective of embryonic development.
