交流水平电场作用下压缩空气中金属微粒群运动行为与迁移机制研究

交流水平电场作用下压缩空气中金属微粒群运动行为与迁移机制研究
Motion Behavior and Migration Mechanism of Metallic Particle Groups in Compressed Air under an AC Horizontal Electric Field
为对环保气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)机构室水平绝缘结构中自由金属微粒的运行风险进行管控,针对既有研究在水平构型下微粒群迁移与放电耦合规律欠缺的问题,提出了金属微粒群迁移与放电耦合的表征与机制分析方法,以揭示迁移机制及其对闪络风险的影响。通过电荷耦合器件工业相机(CCD)获取连续成像与放电信号时序,对交流水平场下0.3 MPa压缩空气中0.8 mm球形微粒群的迁移与放电行为进行了分析,同时通过计算扩散指标明确了电压对迁移特性的影响,进而构建受力模型,阐明迁移模式切换机理。结果表明:微粒群迁移行为随电压演化可分为定向漂移、局部活化与电极发射碰撞活化3类,高活跃阶段的微粒在几个周期内发生多次弹跳碰撞,提高闪络触发概率;微粒的扩散速率与运动活性随电压升高呈台阶式增长;低压环境中,微粒沿X轴的电场诱导扩散速率较Y轴高出40%,高压条件下,空气电晕会对微粒群产生扰动,使其平衡稳定性下降,体系达到平衡状态的耗时也随之增加;交流水平电场中,微粒迁移行为由低阻尼水平运动工况下,电场力与粒间库仑作用分阶段耦合共同控制。该研究可为环保GIS机构室类水平绝缘结构中微粒缺陷的机理认识与风险评估提供试验依据和理论参考。
To control the operational risks posed by free metallic particles in the horizontal insulation structures of mechanism compartments in air-insulated eco-friendly GIS,the migration and discharge behavior of 0.8 mm spherical particle groups in compressed air at 0.3 MPa under an AC horizontal electric field is analyzed by continuous CCD imaging and time-resolved discharge signal measurements.Diffusion indices are calculated to clarify the influence of voltage on the migration characteristics,and a force model is established to reveal the mechanism of migration mode transition.The results show that the voltage-dependent migration behavior of the particle groups can be classified into three modes:directional drift,local activation,and electrode-emission-induced collision activation.During highly active stages,the particles undergo multiple bouncing collisions within several cycles,increasing the probability of flashover initiation.As the voltage increases,the particle diffusion rate and motion activity exhibit stepwise increases.The diffusion rate in the X-axis direction is much higher than that in the Y-axis direction under the electric field,the time required for the particle groups to reach equilibrium becomes longer,and the equilibrium stability decreases under corona disturbance.Particle migration in the AC horizontal electric field is governed by the stage-dependent coupling of the electric force and Coulomb interactions under low-damping horizontal-motion conditions.The results provide experimental evidence and a theoretical reference for understanding the mechanisms of particle defects and assessing their risks in horizontal insulation structures of mechanism compartments.
