摘要

输尿管支架管临床应用广泛，主要起到引流肾脏尿液、解除输尿管梗阻的作用，但同时也会发生相应的并发症。上尿路结石诊治中，输尿管支架管是否需要留置、留置多久合适、选择何种材料和型号、怎样防治并发症等，均为重要的临床问题，亟须形成专家共识。上海市医学会泌尿外科专科分会结石学组、中华医学会杂志社指南与标准研究中心指南评级泌尿外科学专科委员会组织相关专家，收集、遴选相关临床问题，系统检索、筛选和评价证据，通过改良德尔菲法达成共识，最终形成四个方面的16条推荐意见，供广大临床医师参考，以期促进临床合理使用输尿管支架管。
