摘要
针对深海洋流流速低导致海流能发电机因启动转矩过大而难以正常启动的问题,通过计算洋流中叶片的受力情况,设计了一种适用于深海环境的小功率发电装置辅助启动控制系统。该控制系统负责对海流能发电机的启动进行辅助控制,采用逆向驱动电机方式,暂时将电机作为电动机进行驱动,分担一部分启动转矩,有利于其在深海环境下的启动;电机启动后,断开驱动,使之正常发电进行能量收集。水下测试结果显示,该系统可根据洋流流速判别条件驱动电机转动发电,做到了低能耗、高效率、快反馈和精准控制。
Abstract
The low velocity of deep-sea current makes it difficult for the ocean current energy generator to start normally due to the large starting torque; therefore, an auxiliary start-up control system for a small power generation device suitable for deep-sea environment is designed by calculating the force of ocean current on the blade. The control system is responsible for the auxiliary control of the start-up of the current energy generator. It employs the reverse drive generator method, temporarily drives the generator as an electric motor, and shares a part of the starting torque, which is conducive to its start-up in the deep-sea environment. After the motor starts, the drive is disconnected for normal power generation and energy collection. Underwater tests show that the system can drive the motor to rotate and generate electricity according to the ocean current velocity discrimination conditions, so as to achieve low energy consumption, high efficiency, fast feedback and accurate control.
