摘要

钻芯法是胶结砂砾石工程现场检测方法中最常用的手段之一,具有直观性、准确性及可靠性特点。基于沙坪一级电站现场钻孔芯样,对加工成直径为ϕ150 mm、ϕ180 mm、ϕ219 mm,径高比为1∶2、1∶1、2∶1的试件进行了抗压强度测试;对比分析了其与标准立方体试件的强度值差异,采用Grubbs检验法对试件抗压强度中的离散异常值进行了判断;建立了不同直径、径高比下的芯样强度与标准试件强度的回归方程。研究结果表明,相同的直径下,抗压强度随着径高比的增加而增大;相同径高比下,抗压强度随着直径的增大而增大;研究得到的芯样强度换算系数可应用于胶结砂砾石工程现场质量检测及鉴定中,具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract

Core drilling method is one of the most commonly used method in the field detection of cemented sand gravel and rock engineering, which has the characteristics of intuition, accuracy and reliability. Based on the on-site drilling core sample of Shaping first-stage power station, the compressive strength of the specimens with diameters of ϕ150 mm, ϕ180 mm and ϕ219 mm and diameter-height ratios of 1∶2, 1∶1 and 2∶1 was tested. The strength difference between the standard cube specimen and the core sample specimen was compared and analyzed. The Grubbs test method was used to judge the discrete outliers in the compressive strength of the specimen. The regression equations of core sample strength and standard specimen strength under different diameters and diameter-height ratios were established. The result show that under the same diameter, the compressive strength increases with the increase of the ratio of diameter to height. Under the same diameter-height ratio, the compressive strength increases with the increase of diameter. The conversion coefficient of core sample strength obtained by research can be applied to the field quality inspection and identification of cemented sand and gravel engineering, and has strong application value.
