摘要

【目的】为解决现有水风光系统优化调度研究主要考虑电力电量平衡而对频率支撑和断面受限等安全因素考虑较少的问题,提出考虑频率安全约束以及断面约束的水电高占比水风光耦合系统优化调度方法。【方法】在分析水风光耦合系统惯量支撑能力来源的基础上构建了内嵌频率安全约束和断面传输能力约束的优化调度模型,通过水电开关机情况分析惯量常数、一次调频备用容量等指标量化系统调频支撑能力,并进一步对比分析考虑断面约束前后对调频支撑能力的影响。基于西南某省数据,针对负荷单次波动和负荷多次突变两种情况,考虑加入断面约束前后的多个场景,对所提算法进行仿真验证。【结果】仿真结果表明,在所设置的多种场景下,所提调度策略均能保证能源出力满足负荷需求,且考虑断面约束后,虽然整体系统频率支撑能力有所下降,但仍然可以满足系统调频需求并降低了断面过载风险。【结论】所提优化调度方法在考虑断面约束前后均可以在频率扰动时满足相应的调频需求,提高了系统的频率支撑能力,进一步保证了系统的稳定性和安全性。

Abstract

[Objective] This study aims to address the limitations of existing research on the optimal scheduling of hydro-wind-solar hybrid systems, which primarily focuses on energy balance while giving insufficient attention to safety factors such as frequency support and transmission interface constraints. To this end, an optimal scheduling method for hydropower-dominated hydro-wind-solar systems is proposed, incorporating frequency security constraints and transmission interface limits. [Methods] Based on an analysis of the inertia support capability inherent to hydro-wind-solar coupling systems, an optimization model embedding frequency security constraints and transmission capacity constraints is developed. Key indicators such as system inertia constants and primary frequency regulation reserves are quantified through analyzing hydropower start-stop dynamics to evaluate the system's frequency support capacity. Further comparative analysis examines the impact of incorporating transmission constraints on frequency regulation performance. Using data from a southwestern province in China, the proposed algorithm is validated through simulations under multiple scenarios, considering both single and multiple sudden load fluctuations, with and without transmission constraints. [Results] Simulation result demonstrate that across various scenarios, the proposed scheduling strategy effectively ensures that energy output meets load demand. Although the system's overall frequency support capability slightly decreases after incorporating transmission constraints, it still fulfills frequency regulation requirements and mitigates the risk of transmission line overload. [Conclusion] The proposed optimal scheduling method can meet frequency regulation demands under disturbance scenarios, both with and without transmission constraints. It enhances system frequency support capabilities and further ensures system stability and security.
