基于文献计量学的2006—2024年《南京农业大学学报》载文分析

Bibliometric analysis of papers published in Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University from 2006 to 2024

摘要

[目的]本文系统梳理 2006-2024 年«南京农业大学学报»(以下简称学报)的载文特征与研究态势，为提高学报办刊水平提供参考。[方法]以中国知网(cNKI)收录的学报 2723 篇研究论文为样本(剔除资讯类文献)，采用文献计量法，借助 OriginPro 和 VOSviewer 软件，从载文量、基金论文比、作者、机构、关键词 5 个维度开展量化与可视化分析。[结果]2006-2024 年学报年载文量呈先升后降趋势，2017 年达到峰值 161 篇，近年趋于平稳，年均载文量为 141.3 篇；基金论文比均值 94.38％，2021-2023 年连续 3 年保持在 99.00％以上，长期处于高位；作者合作网络呈圈层化格局，核心团队内部合作紧密，跨团队学术交流有限；学报已形成以主办单位发文为核心、国内外高水平科研机构协同发展的良好学术生态；研究主题丰富，以水稻为核心研究对象，载文形成植物科学与动物科学两大相对独立的研究群落，学科体系成熟稳定，跨学科交叉研究较少。[结论]学报学科体系完善，优质成果产出稳定，可在提高年度载文量、加强特色栏目与专题建设、拓展校外及国际稿源、促进跨学科交叉选题等方面进一步优化提升。

Abstract

[Objectives]This paper systematically analyzes the publication characteristics and research trends of Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) from 2006 to 2024, providing references for optimizing the journal's editorial development.[Methods] A total of 2723 research papers (excluding informational documents such as acknowledgments, calls for papers, announcements and errata) indexed in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were used as the samples. Bibliometric method was applied in combination with OriginPro and VOSviewer software to conduct quantitative and visual analysis from five dimensions: publication volume, proportion of fund-supported papers, authors, institutions and keywords. [Results] The Journal's annual publication volume first increased and then declined from 2006 to 2024, reaching its peak of 161 papers in 2017 and remaining relatively stable in recent years, with an average annual publication of 141. 3 papers. The overall proportion of fund-supported papers was 94. 38%, exceeding 99. 00% for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, suggesting an extremely high funding rate across the years. The author collaboration network exhibited a stratified pattern, with close cooperation within core teams but limited cross-team academic exchanges. The journal had built a favorable academic ecosystem featuring contributions mainly from the sponsoring institution and coordinated development of high-level research institutions worldwide. Research topics were diverse, with rice as the core research subject, and research outputs were divided into two relatively independent sectors of plant science and animal science, with mature disciplinary system and limited interdisciplinary outputs. [Conclusions] The journal features a well-established disciplinary system and consistently produces high-quality research outputs. Further efforts could be made to increase the annual publication volume, strengthen featured columns and special topics, expand external and international manuscript sources, and promote interdisciplinary research.
