摘要

目的 旨在构建基于PERMA理论的腰椎术后患者恐动症的干预方案。方法 通过专家函询法,对一级指标和二级指标进行评价与优化。运用Likert 5级评分法评估指标重要性,并通过权威系数、变异系数和肯德尔和谐系数等指标分析专家意见的一致性和可靠性。结果 专家权威系数分别为0.887和0.912,均高于0.7,表明结果可靠。变异系数均小于0.172,肯德尔和谐系数在0.206~0.542,专家意见趋于一致。最终形成包含5个一级指标和23个二级指标的干预方案。结论 基于PERMA理论的干预方案能够系统整合心理与行为干预要素,契合生物-心理-社会医学模式,兼具科学性和可行性。

Abstract

Objective To develop a PERMA-theoretic intervention protocol for postoperative lumbar spine patients with motion fear syndrome. Methods A structured expert consultation was conducted to evaluate and optimize primary and secondary indicators.Likert 5-point scale assessments were employed to assess indicator significance,while expert consensus was validated through authority coefficients,coefficient of variation,and Kendall′s harmony coefficient. Results The authority coefficients were 0.887 and 0.912,respectively both exceeded 0.7,confirming reliability.The CV values remained below 0.172,and Kendall′s harmony coefficient ranges from 0.206 to 0.542,indicating strong agreement among experts.The final protocol comprised 5 primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators. Conclusion The PERMA-based intervention systematically integrates psychological and behavioral elements,aligns with the biopsychosocial medical model,and demonstrates both scientific validity and practical feasibility.
