摘要

目的 系统归纳冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者联合运动不同的类型及特征,为冠心病PCI术后患者联合运动选择提供依据。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library,检索时限为建库至2024年11月8日,资料提取内容包括研究对象及设计、样本量、干预方法、监测指标等相关信息。结果 共纳入17篇文献。联合运动可根据运动方式、强度和顺序分为不同类型,在应用于临床时,联合运动常彼此混合交融。结论 联合运动具有综合性和动态性两大特点,能够给患者提供个性化选择,但运动过程中缺乏实时监测和安全保障。因此,在联合运动中如何制定统一的标准、如何结合移动医疗提高运动效率、如何维护患者运动干预中的人身安全仍需要进一步探索。

Abstract

Objective To systematically summarize the classifications and characteristics of combined exercise in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease,and to provide a basis for exercise selection in this population. Methods The CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library databases were searched from database inception to November 8,2024. Data on research design,sample size,intervention protocols,and outcome measures were extracted. Results A total of 17 studies were included. Combined exercise can be classified according to exercise mode,intensity,and sequence,and these types often overlap in clinical practice. Combined exercise exhibits comprehensiveness and dynamism,offering patients personalized options. However,there is a lack of real-time monitoring and safety assurance during exercise. Therefore,further exploration is needed to establish unified standards,integrate mobile health technologies to improve exercise efficiency,and ensure patient safety during exercise interventions.
