《脉经》情志脉象诊法的理论建构与临床应用

Theoretical construction and clinical application of emotional pulse diagnosis in Mai Jing

摘要

王叔和在《脉经》中从多维度梳理情志脉象诊疗体系,进行了情志脉诊的系统性整理与拓展。书中明确界定多种情志脉象的专属名称,提出药物、环境、性情、形体等多种因素均可扰动气血,诱发特异性脉象改变。本文梳理发现,王叔和脉学贡献不仅在于脉象名称规范化,更在于他强调诊脉需结合人之性情、环境等因素,并巧妙运用情志疗法处理特殊情志状态。《脉经》是继《黄帝内经》《难经》之后详细论述情志脉诊的首部脉学专著,其理论体系与临床思维对当代中医情志病学与脉诊研究具有重要的启示价值。

Abstract

WANG Shuhe systematically sorted out the diagnostic system of emotional pulse conditions from multiple dimensions in his work Mai Jing expanding the research of emotional pulse diagnosis. He clearly put forward the specific names of several emotional pulse conditions,and considered that drugs,environment,temperament,body shape could affect the pulse condition,then result in the pulse condition changing to form a specific pulse condition. This paper finds that WANG Shuhe′s contribution lies not only in the nomenclature of pulses but also in his emphasis on combining pulse diagnosis with the patient′s disposition and environmental factors,as well as his skillful application of psychotherapy to handle special emotional states like feigned illness,establishing him as a master of emotional pulse diagnosis. Mai Jing is the first monograph on pulse studies to discuss emotional pulse conditions in detail after the Huangdi Neijing and Nan Jing,and its theoretical system and clinical methodology hold significant enlightening value for contemporary research in TCM emotional disorders and sphygmology.
