Regarding the unidirectional sudden operational disruptions in high-speed railway, a train operation rescheduling method that considers passenger ticket refund and rebooking behavior is proposed. First, based on the modeling idea of an integrated adjustment for train timetables and electric multiple unit (EMU) connection plans, the passenger acceptance of train cancellations and delays is taken to quantify passenger refund and rebooking behavior, thus enabling passenger flow reassignment under disruptions. Subsequently, with the goal of minimizing ticket revenue loss, a mixed-integer linear programming model is constructed to ensure the continuity of rolling stock utilization through the incorporation of EMU inventory balance and connection constraints. The model jointly determines coordinated rescheduling schemes such as train departure delays, service cancellations, circulation reconfiguration, and deployment of standby EMUs, and formulates corresponding rebooking strategies based on passenger acceptance to provide systemic solutions for emergency response of operational disruption. Finally, the proposed model is solved using the commercial optimization solver Gurobi, and case studies based on the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway are conducted. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can generate high-quality rescheduling plans under various operational disruptions. Compared with the conventional strategy aimed at "rapid timetable recovery", the adoption of rescheduling plan generated by the proposed method can reduce the total train delay by 165 min and ticket revenue loss by 23.2%. Moreover, the overall scheme exhibits better completeness and practical applicability, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
