兔毛角蛋白海绵的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附研究

兔毛角蛋白海绵的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附研究
Preparation of rabbit hair keratin sponge and study on its adsorption performance for methylene blue
针对兔毛角蛋白资源浪费,采用冻融-干燥的方法制备了兔毛角蛋白海绵,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其结构、形貌等进行表征。以亚甲基蓝为溶液,考察了角蛋白浓度、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、吸附时间对角蛋白海绵吸附性能的影响,结果表明,角蛋白海绵结构稳定且具有均匀的孔结构。角蛋白海绵对亚甲基蓝的吸附率随浓度增加而增加,当浓度为8%时,15 min达到吸附平衡,且亚甲基蓝浓度30 mg/L-1时吸附率最大。角蛋白海绵对亚甲基蓝吸附过程符合二级动力学吸附模型,以化学吸附为主。
To tackle the problem of rabbit hair keratin resources waste, rabbit hair keratin sponges were prepared by the freeze-thawing-drying method, and their structure and morphology were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of keratin concentration, initial concentration of methylene blue and adsorption time on the adsorption performance of keratin sponge were investigated using methylene blue as the solution. The results showed that the structure of keratin sponge is stable and has a uniform pore structure; the adsorption rate of keratin sponge on methylene blue increases with the increase of concentration, and the adsorption equilibrium is reached in 15 min when the concentration is 8%, and the maximum adsorption rate is found at the concentration of methylene blue of 30 mg/L-1. The adsorption process of methylene blue by keratin sponges is consistent with a secondary kinetic adsorption model and is dominated by chemical adsorption.
