基于混合隶属度模糊PID的EGTS电机监控实验平台

基于混合隶属度模糊PID的EGTS电机监控实验平台
EGTS motor monitoring experimental platform based on mixed membership fuzzy PID
针对A320飞机电动绿色滑行系统电机的快速精准、稳定运行及转速监测实验测试问题,设计了EGTS电机监控实验平台,基于飞升曲线,采用实验方法,建立稀土永磁直流电机驱动控制系统仿真数学模型。借助Matlab/Simulink平台,与传统PID控制算法对比,提出用混合隶属度模糊PID控制算法,实现EGTS电机闭环运行调速控制系统仿真。设计分压电路、信号调理电路、继电器逻辑控制电路及电气监控面板,在可编程逻辑控制器中实现混合隶属度模糊PID算法。以King view软件为平台,设计上位机监控显示界面,通过RS485通信方式,与下位机PLC互联,初步搭建了集系统状态监测,运动控制及上/下位机独立控制于一体的EGTS电机模拟监控实验平台。通过EGTS电机模拟监控测试实验,验证了控制算法及系统软、硬件设计的合理性。
An EGTS motor simulation monitoring experimental platform is designed to achieve fast, accurate, and stable operation and speed monitoring experimental tests of the A320 aircraft electric green taxiing system motor. A simulation mathematical model of the rare earth permanent magnet DC motor drive control system is established based on the soaring curve and experimental method. A fuzzy PID control algorithm with mixed membership is proposed to realize the simulation of the EGTS motor closed-loop operation speed regulation control system. The voltage divider circuit, signal conditioning circuit, relay logic control circuit, and electrical monitoring panel are designed. The mixed membership fuzzy PID algorithm is implemented in the programmable logic controller. The upper computer monitoring display interface is designed with King view software, and the lower computer PLC is interconnected through RS485 communication. The EGTS motor simulation monitoring experimental platform integrating system condition monitoring, motion control, and independent control of the upper and lower computer is preliminarily built. Through the EGTS motor simulation monitoring test experiment, the rationality of the control algorithm and system software and hardware design is verified.
