紫外老化下SBS改性沥青的流变特性及微观结构
Rheological properties and microstructure of SBS modified asphalt under UV aging
为了深入了解紫外老化前后SBS改性沥青的性能差异,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)、弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对SBS改性沥青在紫外老化前后的高、低温流变性能和微观结构进行测试,并通过皮尔逊(Pearson)相关性分析法对宏、微观指标进行相关性分析。结果表明,紫外老化后SBS改性沥青的沥青质含量增多,导致弹性性能增强,进而提升了沥青在高温下的抗车辙能力。SBS改性沥青的低温性能会随着紫外老化时间的增加而逐渐降低,水在一定程度上可以改善沥青的低温性能。紫外老化后SBS改性沥青的表面起伏程度变大,表面粗糙度Ra及杨氏模量增大。皮尔逊相关性分析结果表明宏、微观指标具有良好的相关性,采用宏微观结合的试验手段评价紫外老化前后SBS改性沥青的性能变化具有一定的可行性。
In order to understand the performance difference of SBS modified asphalt before and after UV aging, the high and low temperature rheological properties and microstructure of SBS modified asphalt before and after UV aging were tested by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR), bending beam rheometer (BBR), atomic force microscope (AFM), and the macro and micro indexes were correlated by the Pearson's correlation analysis. The results show that: the asphaltene content of SBS modified asphalt increases after UV aging, resulting in increased elasticity, which improves the rutting resistance of asphalt at high temperatures; the low-temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt decreases with the increase of UV aging time, and water improves the low-temperature performance of the asphalt to a certain extent; the degree of undulation of SBS modified asphalt after UV aging increases, and surface roughness Ra and Young's modulus increase; Pearson correlation analysis results show that the macro and micro indicators have good correlation, and it is feasible to use the combined test method of the macro and micro to evaluate the performance changes of SBS modified asphalt before and after UV aging.
