罗布麻叶黄酮对羊毛织物染色性能的研究

罗布麻叶黄酮对羊毛织物染色性能的研究
Dyeing properties of wool fabric with flavonoids pigment from Apocynum venetum L. leaves
针对天然染料常规染色过程中媒染剂对生态环境及人体健康产生危害等问题,采用超声波辅助法从罗布麻叶中提取天然黄酮类物质作为染料,以Na2CO3为固色碱剂,基于原位聚合和共价固着机制对羊毛织物进行无媒清洁染色。探讨了不同染色条件对羊毛织物染色效果的影响,并测试了染色织物的防紫外线性能。结果表明:黄酮色素上染羊毛织物的最佳工艺为染色温度100 ℃,染色时间90 min,Na2CO3浓度7 g/L,固色时间30 min;染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度等级均在4级以上,且织物的拉伸断裂强力仅下降9.3%;染色后羊毛织物的UPF值可达100以上,TUVA及TUVB值均小于5%,显现出优异的防紫外线性能。
To address the hazards to the ecological environment and human health caused by mordants in the conventional dyeing process of natural dyes, natural flavonoids were extracted as dyes from Apocynum venetum L. leaves by ultrasonic-assisted method and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) was used as a fixing alkali to conduct mordant-free clean dyeing of wool fabrics based on the mechanisms of in-situ polymerization and covalent fixation. The impact of different dyeing conditions on the dyeing performance of wool fabrics was investigated, and the UV protection performance of the dyed fabrics was tested. It was found that the optimal process for dyeing wool fabrics with flavonoid pigments was low Na2CO3 concentration of 7 g/L in the dyebath, at a constant dyeing temperature of 100 ℃, with a dyeing time of 90 min, and a fixation time of 30 min; after dyeing, the soaping and rubbing fastness of the dyed fabrics were both above level 4, and the tensile breaking strength of the dyed wool fabrics decreases by 9.3%; the UPF value of the dyed wool fabrics was above 100, and the TUVA and TUVB values were less than 5%, demonstrating excellent UV resistance.
