表面处理工艺对NiTi合金表面质量及表面性能分析

表面处理工艺对NiTi合金表面质量及表面性能分析
Analysis of surface quality and surface properties of NiTi alloy by surface treatment process
采用机械打磨、电化学抛光、化学腐蚀(酸洗)三种表面处理方式对热处理后的NiTi合金进行表面处理,通过对经过表面处理的试样进行表面形貌及成分分析、腐蚀性能测试、生物相容性测试来探究不同处理工艺对合金表面的影响作用。结果表明,与经过机械打磨和酸洗处理的NiTi合金相比,经过电化学抛光的NiTi合金表面光滑均匀,粗糙度最低,且表面Ni元素含量大幅降低。另外,电化学抛光后的NiTi合金耐蚀性最好,机械打磨试样的耐蚀性最差。电化学抛光NiTi合金相较于机械打磨和酸洗处理的NiTi合金在Hank's液中Ni离子析出量最低。
Mechanical, electrochemical, and chemical polishing (pickling) were used to treat the surface of the NiTi alloy after heat treatment. The surface morphology and composition analysis, corrosion performance test, and biocompatibility test were conducted to explore the effects of different treatment processes on the surface of NiTi alloy. The results show that compared with the mechanical and pickling NiTi alloy, the surface of electrochemical polished NiTi alloy is smoother and more uniform and the content of Ni on the surface is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the electrochemical polished NiTi has the best corrosion resistance while the mechanically polished samples has the worst. Compared with mechanical polishing and pickling, the electrochemical polished NiTi alloy has the least precipitation of Ni ions in Hank's solution.
