注入式电压源变流器电容均压优化控制策略研究

注入式电压源变流器电容均压优化控制策略研究
Research on optimal control strategy for capacitor voltage equalization in rejected voltage source converter
级联H桥电路是注入式电压源变流器的模块之一,该模块电容均压是保证系统稳定运行的关键。针对此问题,分析比较传统注入式变流器低频遍历触发均压算法与直接电平逼近均压算法,从排序逻辑与时间尺度构建两种新型优化均压方案,即双重保持因子优化电平逼近均压算法与时间尺度优化电平逼近均压算法。之后在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台搭建多级注入式电压源变流器模型,实现四种均压算法并比较分析,验证理论的正确性。仿真结果表明,优化后的均压算法可降低器件开关频率,功率四象限运行下动态性能良好,无需滤波器即可输出理想波形,实现软开关技术。最后搭建10 kVA注入式变流器实验平台验证所述优化均压算法的有效性。
The cascaded H-bridge circuit is one of the modules of the reinjected voltage source converter, and the submodule capacitor voltage equalization is the key to ensure the stable operation of the system. To addressing this problem, we analyzed the traditional low-frequency traversal-triggered voltage equalization algorithm and the direct level-approximation equalization algorithm for the reinjected converter, and constructed two new optimization equalization schemes from the sequencing logic and timescale, namely, the dual retention-factor level-approximation equalization algorithm and the time- scaled optimization level-approximation equalization algorithm. Finally, a multi-level reinjected voltage source converter model was constructed in the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform to realize the four voltage equalization algorithms which were compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the research. The simulation results show that the optimized voltage equalization algorithm can reduce the switching frequency of the device, the dynamic performance is good under the power four-quadrant operation, and the ideal waveform can be output without filter, which realizes the soft-switching technology. Finally, a 10 kVA reinjected converter experimental platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the optimized voltage equalization algorithm.
