钢纤维-橡胶混凝土抗冻性试验研究

钢纤维-橡胶混凝土抗冻性试验研究
Experimental study on the frost resistance of steel fiber-rubber concrete
基于内蒙古地区废旧轮胎存量大且普通混凝土在大温差环境下抗冻性较差的现状,为得到抗冻性能优异的混凝土,将废弃轮胎加工成橡胶颗粒和钢纤维,并将其以不同掺量加入混凝土中制备钢纤维-橡胶混凝土。对不同冻融循环次数下各组钢纤维-橡胶混凝土的抗压强度、动弹性模量和质量损失进行了测试,并使用响应面法预测了各变量对钢纤维-橡胶混凝土抗压性能的影响。结果表明:钢纤维的加入会提升混凝土的抗压强度,而橡胶的加入则会降低混凝土的抗压强度。掺入适量的橡胶颗粒和钢纤维可提升混凝土的抗冻性能,当橡胶颗粒掺量为10%且钢纤维掺量为1.5%时,改善效果最佳。建立的响应面模型拟合系数R2=0.93,拟合程度较高,预测结果较为精确。
In view of the large stock of waste tires and the poor frost resistance of ordinary concrete under large temperature difference environment in Inner Mongolia, in order to obtain concrete with excellent frost resistance, waste tires were processed into rubber granules and steel fibers, and steel fiber-rubber concrete was prepared by adding them into concrete with different dosages. The compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus and mass loss of each group of steel fiber-rubber concrete under different freeze-thaw cycles were tested. Furthermore, the response surface methodology was used to predict the influence of each variable on the compressive properties of steel fiber-rubber concrete. The results show that steel fiber has a positive effect on the compressive strength of concrete, while the addition of rubber has a negative effect. Adding appropriate amount of rubber granules and steel fibers can improve the frost resistance of concrete. When the rubber granule content is 10% and the steel fiber content is 1.5%, the improvement effect is the best. The established response variable model has a fitting coefficient of R2 = 0.93, the fitting degree is high, and the prediction results are accurate.
