自融雪路面砖配合比设计及融冰雪性能研究
Study on design of mix ratio and performance of melting snow and ice of self-melting snow pavement brick
基于环保理念,对CaCl2提纯残渣进行废旧再利用,研发了一种自融雪路面砖并分析其融冰雪性能。首先,利用正交试验对自融雪路面砖进行配合比设计,对不同提纯残渣掺量的自融雪路面砖的7 d、28 d抗压强度、抗折强度进行研究;然后,利用融雪、融冰试验对其融冰雪性能进行研究;最后,通过盐分析出试验、拉乌尔定律对其融雪抑冰机理进行探究。结果发现:满足水泥混凝土28 d抗压强度等级C40、抗折强度等级Cf4.0设计标准的自融雪路面砖的配合比为水灰比0.46,砂率33%,单位用水量210 kg⋅m-3,CaCl2提纯残渣掺量不大于10%;自融雪路面砖具备良好的融冰雪性能,并且随着CaCl2提纯残渣掺量的增加而增强;自融雪路面砖表面能够形成盐溶液并降低凝固点,达到融雪抑冰效果。
Based on the concept of environmental protection, a self-melting snow pavement brick was developed by reusing CaCl2 residual residue, and its ice-melting performance was analyzed. Firstly, mix ratio of the self-melting snow pavement brick was designed by orthogonal test, and then the 7-day, 28-day compressive strength and flexural strength of it with different content of CaCl2 residual residue were studied. After that, the snow melting test and ice melting test were conducted to study snow and ice melting performances of self-melting snow pavement brick. Finally, the mechanism of snow melting and ice breaking of the self-melting snow pavement brick was studied by salt precipitation test and Raoult's law. The results showed that the water-cement ratio, sand rate, unit water consumption, the content of CaCl2 residual residue of the self-melting snow pavement brick were determined to be 0.46, 33%, 210 kg⋅m-3, less than 10%, respectively, which meet the compressive strength being 40 MPa and flexural strength being 4.0 MPa of cement concrete 28 days later. The snow and ice melting performances of self-melting pavement brick were found to be excellent, and they enhanced with increase of CaCl2 residual residue content. Salt and snow water can form a salt solution on the surface of self-melting snow pavement brick, which can reduce the freezing point to achieve the effect of snow melting and ice breaking.
