蒙古族卷草纹饰的参数化衍生设计与应用研究

蒙古族卷草纹饰的参数化衍生设计与应用研究
Derivative design and application of Mongolian curly grass patterns based on parametric shape grammar
针对蒙古族卷草纹饰传统衍生设计方法效率低下、可控性不足问题,探讨一种参数化衍生设计方法,以促进传统纹饰的数字化转型和发展,并为此类纹饰的创新设计提供新的思路。首先,以蒙古族卷草纹饰为研究对象,对现有纹饰结构形态和几何特征进行收集归纳并加以分析,进一步将纹饰图元构形转化为参数变量并构建逻辑关系;其次,基于形状文法并利用Grasshopper参数化建模工具编写参数化设计程序,实现卷草纹饰衍生结构的多样化生成;最后,以灯具作为应用对象对衍生结构加以实践,通过参数化调整快速完成系列化设计。运用参数化衍生设计方法,通过参数化程序的调参,可在20 s内完成三种纹饰的衍生性结构设计,并形成系列化产品。相比于传统设计方法,所提出的蒙古族卷草纹饰参数化衍生方法能够简化设计操作,突破设计局限,提高设计效率。同时,该方法还具有广泛适用性,能够应用于其他纹饰衍生设计,有利于推进产业数字化进程和传统纹饰的数字化转型。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and lack of controllability of the traditional derivative design method of Mongolian curly grass ornamentation, a parametric generative design method was explored to promote the digital transformation and development of traditional ornamentation, and to provide new ideas for the innovative design of such ornaments. Firstly, taking the Mongolian curly grass pattern as the research object, the morphology and geometric characteristics of the existing ornamental structure were collected and analyzed, and the configuration of the ornamental element was further transformed into parametric variables and the logical relationship was constructed. Second, a parametric design program was developed using shape grammar and Grasshopper modeling tools to generate diverse derivative structures. Finally, these structures were applied to lighting fixtures, enabling rapid serial design through parametric adjustments. Using the parametric derivative design method, the derivative structure design of the three ornaments can be completed within 20 s through the parameter adjustment of the parametric program, and a series of products can be formed. Compared with the traditional design method, the parametric derivation method of Mongolian curly grass ornament proposed in this paper can simplify the design operation, break through the design limitations, and improve the design efficiency. At the same time, this method also has a wide applicability and can be applied to other derivative designs of ornamentation, which is conducive to promoting the process of industrial digitalization and the digital transformation of traditional ornamentation.
