SBR+MBBR工艺在某市政污水处理厂总氮提标升级改造中的应用
The Application of SBR+MBBR Process in the Upgrade and Retrofit of Total Nitrogen Standard Improvement in a Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant
基于序批式活性污泥法 (Sequential Batch Reactor,SBR) 和移动床生物膜反应器 (Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor,MBBR),浙江省某污水处理厂提标工程中,针对系统冬季SBR生化段总氮 (TN) 脱除效果差的问题,受限于SBR罐体结构及厂区可利用地,在不新建水处理构筑物的条件下,将原SBR池改造为SBR+MBBR反应器,强化生化脱氮效果。提标后出水水质标准由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002) 的一级A标准提升至浙江省地方标准《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 33/2169—2018),SBR+MBBR工艺将生化段TN及总磷 (TP) 的去除率分别提升至69.85%和79.3%。
Based on the sequential batch reactor (SBR) and the moving-bed biofilm reactor (MBBR), a sewage treatment plant in Zhejiang Province has upgraded its standards to address the issue of poor nitrogen removal efficiency in the SBR biological stage during the winter. Due to the limitations of the SBR tank structure and the available land within the plant, the original SBR tank was transformed into an SBR+MBBR reactor without constructing new water treatment structures, thereby enhancing the nitrogen removal effect in the biological stage. After the upgrade, the effluent quality was improved from Class A of the Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB 18918—2002) to the local standard of Zhejiang Province, the Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Main Water Pollutant Discharge Standard (DB 33/2169—2018). The SBR+MBBR process increased the removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the biological stage to 69.85% and 79.3%, respectively.
