“校院区融通式”全科医学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式困境与构建研究
Research on the difficulties and construction of the "college-hospital-community integrated" training model for postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice
培养全科医学专业学位硕士研究生满足社会对复合型高层次全科医学人才的迫切需求,是实现全科医学高质量内涵式发展的必然要求。全科医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养需要医学院校、综合医院和社区医疗卫生机构协同完成,“校院区融通式”培养全科医学专业学位硕士研究生具有重要的时代价值。但目前还存在“校院区”三方协同培养目标不明确、协同培养范式分散、协同培养要素联动不足、协同培养机制不健全等现实困境。建议通过多主体整合全科医学专业学位硕士研究生培养目标、深层次改革培养体制机制、全方位改革培养要素、根本性改革评价标准等路径构建“校院区融通式”全科医学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式,为全科医学专业学位硕士研究生高质量可持续发展提供新思路。
Cultivating postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice to meet the urgent demand of the society for composite high-level general practice talents is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality and connotative development of general practice medicine. It requires the collaboration of medical colleges, comprehensive hospitals, and community healthcare institutions. The "college-hospital-community integrated" training of postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice has important contemporary value. However, there are still practical difficulties such as unclear goals for the tripartite collaborative training of "college-hospital-community", scattered collaborative training paradigms, insufficient linkage of collaborative training elements, and incomplete collaborative training mechanisms. It is suggested to construct the " college-hospital-community integrated " model through the integration of multiple entities, deep level reform of the training system and mechanism, comprehensive reform of training elements, and fundamental reform of evaluation standards, providing new ideas for the high-quality and sustainable development of postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice.
