基于雨课堂的“PBL+CBL”混合式教学在内分泌学临床教学中的应用

基于雨课堂的“PBL+CBL”混合式教学在内分泌学临床教学中的应用
Application of "PBL+CBL" blended teaching based on Rain Classroom in clinical teaching of endocrinology
目的 评价雨课堂平台以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)+案例为基础的学习(Case-based learning,CBL)教学模式在内分泌学临床教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取在蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院内分泌科临床实习生40人为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组各20人。对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,研究组采用“雨课堂+PBL+CBL”教学法;教学结束后,分析2组学生理论考核结果,并通过问卷调查,评价教学效果。 结果 研究组学生理论基础知识(33.85±2.87)分高于对照组(30.05±1.56)分、技能操作(27.75±1.68)分高于对照组(23.60±2.39)分、病例分析(22.65±1.69)分高于对照组(19.90±2.22)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组在学习自主性和积极性、课堂参与度、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、师生沟通交流、医患沟通能力和对教学方法满意度等方面更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 基于雨课堂平台的“PBL+CBL”混合式教学显著提高了内分泌科临床带教效果,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective : To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL)+case-based learning (CBL) teaching mode in clinical teaching of endocrinology based on Rain Classroom platform. Methods Forty clinical interns from the Department of Endocrinology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group of 20 people and an experimental group of 20 people. The control group used the traditional lecture-based (LBL) teaching method, while the experimental group used the "Rain Classroom + PBL + CBL" teaching method. After the teaching, theoretical assessment results were analyzed between the two groups, and teaching effectiveness was evaluated through a questionnaire survey. Results The experimental group scored higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge (33.85±2.87 vs 30.05±1.56), skill operation (27.75±1.68 vs 23.60±2.39), and case analysis (22.65±1.69 vs 19.90±2.22), all with statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group reported significantly greater satisfaction in the aspects such as learning autonomy, enthusiasm, classroom participation, clinical thinking, teamwork, communication with both teachers and patients,and teaching methods, all with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The "PBL+CBL" blended learning based on the Rain Classroom platform has significantly improved the clinical teaching effect in the Department of Endocrinology. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
