生命教育仪式的互动呈现与情感赋能
Interactive presentation and emotional empowerment of life education rituals: using “silent mentors” in medical universities and colleges as carrier
医学院校因其特殊的教育场域能够见证人生命的三重属性,蕴含着巨大育人力量。在互动仪式链理论视角下,构建以“无语良师”为载体的生命教育互动仪式模型,从初见—了解—熟知—分离四个层次呈现出系统化主题生命教育仪式对生命三重属性观照的互动逻辑,展现“无语良师”从“重生”到“永生”的新轮回。最终医者身份认同、职业精神培育、生命文化绵延指向微观、中观、宏观三维育人功能,达成互动仪式中情感能量赋能医学人文教育的价值目标。
Medical universities and colleges, due to their unique educational field that can witness the triple attributes of human life, contain tremendous educational power. From the perspective of the theory of interactive ritual chain, the interactive ritual model of life education was constructed with “silent mentors” as the carrier. From the four levels of first meeting-understanding-knowing-separation, the interactive logic of the systematic thematic life education rituals on the observation of the triple attributes of life was presented, demonstrating the new cycle from “rebirth” to “eternal life” of “silent mentors”. Ultimately, the identity recognition of medical professionals, the cultivation of professional spirit, and the continuation of life culture stretch toward the three-dimensional educational functions of micro, meso, and macro levels, achieving the value goal of empowering medical humanities education with emotional energy in interactive rituals.
