人工智能背景下医学生职业信仰培育的五重路径
The five-fold paths for cultivating medical students’ professional faith under the background of artificial intelligence
随着信息技术迅猛发展,以人工智能为代表的第四次科技革命对医学教育产生了颠覆性影响。人工智能技术的广泛使用使医学模式面临重大变革、医学学科专业设置遭遇重大调整、医学人才培养模式面临新挑战、医学伦理规范以及法律约束面临新问题,进而加剧医学科学精神与医学人文精神的矛盾,影响医患关系和谐,为当下“新医科”引领的医学人才培养提出新要求,为医学生职业信仰培育带来新课题。为纾解矛盾、应对挑战、解决问题,构建和谐医患关系,适应人工智能背景下医学教育创新要求,应从培育理念革新、课程体系重构、实践路径创新、长效机制建设、师资体系完善五个方面创新探索医学生职业信仰培育路径,为提升医学人才培养质效提供坚强保障。
With the rapid development of information technology, the fourth scientific and technological revolution, represented by artificial intelligence (AI), has exerted a subversive impact on medical education. The widespread use of AI technology has led to significant changes in the medical model, major adjustments in the setting of medical disciplines and specialties, new challenges in the cultivation model of medical talents, and new issues in medical ethical norms and legal constraints. It has also further intensified the contradiction between the spirit of medical science and the spirit of medical humanities, affecting the harmony of the doctor-patient relationship, while putting forward new requirements for the current cultivation of medical talents led by “new medicine” and bringing new topics to the cultivation of professional faith among medical students. To alleviate the contradictions, address the challenges, solve the Issues, build harmonious doctor-patient relationships, and adapt to the requirements of medical education innovation under the background of AI, the cultivation paths of medical students’ professional faith should be innovatively explored from five aspects, including the innovation of cultivation concepts, the reconstruction of curriculum system, the innovation of practical paths, the establishment of long-term mechanisms, and the improvement of faculty system, so as to provide a strong guarantee for enhancing the quality and efficiency of medical talent cultivation.
