叙事医学视域下写作疗愈的“语言”维度透视
A “language” dimensional perspective on writing therapy under the framework of narrative medicine
写作具有疗愈效用。写作疗愈与其他艺术疗愈方式的主要区别在于“语言”这一表现形式。语言是疗愈创伤的关键。写作主体通过语言这一思辨手段表达感受,构建一个有意义的故事,从而调动左脑的认知功能,平衡创伤后人的左右脑功能失衡的状态。写作疗愈有其语言内外的困境。不可叙述的文明化社会结构给写作疗愈带来挑战。寻求集体叙事的支持、采用文学修辞进行非直接言说、加强相应的教育引导减少文化偏见、污名化管理等方式,可以保留写作疗愈的积极影响。语言难以表达创伤性的内在体验。写作主体可以通过积极有活力的自我表达,使用隐喻象征性地表达痛苦和创伤,从而更好发挥写作疗愈的社会功能,拓宽写作疗愈的社会应用。
Writing possesses therapeutic effects. The primary distinction between writing therapy and other art-based healing modalities lies in the expression form of “language.” Language serves as the key to healing trauma. Adopting language as a means for reflection, writing subjects articulate their feelings and construct a meaningful story, thereby mobilizing the cognitive function of the left brain and restoring the functional balance status of the post-traumatic left and right brain. Writing therapy confronts dilemmas both within and beyond language. The unspeakable civilized social structure poses challenges to writing therapy. Approaches such as seeking support of collective narratives, employing literary rhetoric for indirect expression, and strengthening educational guidance to reduce cultural biases and stigmatization management can preserve the positive impact of writing therapy. Language struggles to express the traumatic internal experience. Writing subjects can express pain and trauma symbolically through positive and vibrant self-expression and utilizing metaphors, thereby better leveraging the social function of writing therapy and broadening its social application.
