高校心理委员开展朋辈心理辅导的伦理问题及对策
Ethical issues and countermeasures for peer psychological counseling conducted by university class committee member for psychology
本文分析了高校班级心理委员开展朋辈心理辅导的特点及面临双重关系、保密问题、胜任力问题和知情同意四个方面的困境,并逐一分析导致伦理困境的原因及解决对策。提出心理委员开展朋辈心理辅导要明确助人关系的性质及界限,有合适的设置,讨论双重关系的影响,要有保密意识,采取恰当保密措施,主动参加培训提升胜任力,超出能力范围及时转介,做好知情同意,保持价值中立等具体工作要求;并对学校加强心理委员的培训和管理,提升伦理意识,保障朋辈辅导效果提出建议。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of peer psychological counseling conducted by class committee member for psychology in universities and the dilemmas they faced in four aspects, including dual relationships, confidentiality issues, competence issues, and informed consent. It also examined the causes of these ethical dilemmas and corresponding countermeasures one by one. Specific work requirements were proposed for class committee member for psychology in conducting peer psychological counseling. These encompassed clarifying the nature and boundaries of the helping relationship, establishing appropriate settings, discussing the impacts of dual relationships, maintaining confidentiality awareness, adopting appropriate confidentiality measures, actively participating in training to improve competence, making timely referrals when exceeding their professional scope, ensuring proper informed consent, and maintaining value neutrality. Recommendations were also put forward for universities to strengthen the training and management of class committee member for psychology, enhance their ethical awareness, and ensure the effectiveness of peer counseling.
