斑鸫和灰背鸫的羽毛扫描电镜观察

斑鸫和灰背鸫的羽毛扫描电镜观察
Observation on the Feather of Turdus eunomus and Turdus hortulorum by SEM
选择斑鸫(Turdus eunomus)和灰背鸫(Turdus hortulorum)的飞羽、胸部正羽和绒羽作为研究对象,利用扫描电镜观察3类羽毛的显微结构,对可测性状进行测量,并利用SPSS18.0对数据进行比较分析。结果表明:飞羽有钩羽小枝的羽小钩与纤毛数量之和以及无钩羽小枝基柄长在斑鸫和灰背鸫间差异极显著,胸部正羽有钩羽小枝基柄长、羽小钩与纤毛数量之和以及无钩羽小枝基柄长在斑鸫和灰背鸫间差异极显著;绒羽节间距和节直径在斑鸫和灰背鸫间差异极显著。用以上7个量化指标建立Bayes判别方程,经过检验,其准确率为92%。因此,飞羽有钩羽小枝的羽小钩与纤毛数量之和以及无钩羽小枝基柄长,胸部正羽有钩羽小枝基柄长、羽小钩与纤毛数量之和以及无钩羽小枝基柄长,绒羽节间距和节直径可为二者的鉴别提供参考。
To differentiate the dusky thrush (Turdus eunomus) and grey-backed thrush (Turdus hortulorum),the microstructures of remiges, chest pluma and down feather were observed and their measurable traits were measured by scanning electron microscopy. The results of comparison and analysis through SPSS18.0 showed that there were extremely significant differences between the two species in terms of the following indicators, total number of hooked barbules and cilia from distal barbules, the base handle length of proximal barbules for remiges; the total number of hooked barbules and cilia from distal barbules, the base handle length of hooked barbules, the base handle length of proximal barbules for chest pluma; the distance between the nodulars and diameter of nodular for downy feather. In addition, the Bayesian discriminant function was established based on the above 7 indicators and its accuracy verified to be 92%. Conclusively, the total number of hooked barbules and cilia of distal barbules, and the base handle length of proximal barbules for remiges; the total number of hooked barbules and cilia of distal barbules, the base handle length of hooked barbules, the base handle length of proximal barbules for chest pluma; the distance between nodulars and diameter of nodular for downy feather were able to provide references for differentiating the dusky thrush and grey-backed thrush.
