西部城市群绿色发展效率测度及时空分异研究
Efficiency Measurement of Green Development and Spatial-temporal Differentiation in Western Urban Agglomeration
西部城市群是西部经济发展的重要区域,提升其绿色发展效率是促进西部地区实现经济绿色化高质量发展的重要举措。以西部城市群为研究对象,在构建绿色发展效率评价指标体系的基础上,运用Super-SBM模型测算2008-2021年城市群绿色发展效率,并结合GML指数模型分析绿色发展效率动态变化;运用泰尔指数和空间自相关方法,分析绿色发展效率区域差异及空间集聚特征。研究结果表明:(1)西部城市群绿色发展效率整体呈现“W”形波动,绿色发展效率在研究期内呈上升趋势,且主要受到技术进步指数的影响;(2)西部城市群绿色发展效率的区域差异主要来源于城市群内部的差异,关中平原以及宁夏沿黄城市群内部差异最大;(3)西部城市群绿色发展效率中高效率区主要分布在北部湾、成渝以及关中平原城市群,空间集聚效应整体上呈“大范围分散、小范围集聚”的特征。
The western urban agglomeration is important for the economic development of the western region, and improving its efficiency in green development is an important measure to promote the green and high-quality development for the western region. To study the efficiency in green development of western urban agglomeration from 2008 to 2021, the evaluation index system of green development efficiency was constructed first and then the green development efficiency of the urban agglomeration was measured by using the Super-SBM model, the dynamic change of green development efficiency was analyzed by combining the GML index model and the regional differences and spatial agglomeration characteristics of green development efficiency were analyzed by using Theil index and spatial autocorrelation method. The results indicated that (1) the green development efficiency of the western urban agglomeration presented a "W" shape fluctuation as a whole, and the green development efficiency showed an upward trend during the study period, which was mainly affected by the technological progress index; that (2) the regional differences of the green development efficiency of the western urban agglomeration mainly resulted from the differences within the urban agglomerations, with the largest differences within the Guanzhong plain and the Yanhuang urban agglomeration in Ningxia; that (3) the areas of medium and high level efficiency of the western urban agglomeration were mainly distributed in the Beibu Gulf, Chengdu-Chongqing and Guanzhong plain,and the overall spatial agglomeration effect was characterized by "large-scale dispersion and small-scale agglomeration".
