数字普惠金融、能源结构转型与碳排放
Digital Financial Inclusion, Energy Structure Transformation, and Carbon Emissions: From the Perspective of Spatial Spillover
基于2011—2020年我国30个省、自治区、直辖市(不含港澳台、西藏)的面板数据,采用双固定效应模型、中介模型以及动态空间杜宾模型的实证分析,探究数字普惠金融发展对地区碳排放强度的影响和作用机制。研究表明:数字普惠金融发展能够直接降低碳排放强度,并且可以通过促进能源结构转型间接抑制碳排放强度;短期来看,数字普惠金融发展对本地区碳排放强度具有显著负向溢出效应,邻近地区的数字普惠金融发展对本地区碳排放强度具有正向溢出效应。因此,为推进低碳减排,实现“双碳”目标,应充分发挥数字普惠金融在优化资源配置、促进企业竞争、提升资源利用效率等方面的优势。
To explore the influence and mechanism of the development of digital financial inclusion on regional carbon emission intensity, this paper makes an empirical analysis by using the double fixed effect model, the intermediary model, and the dynamic spatial Durbin model with the panel data of 30 provinces (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Xizang) in China from 2011 to 2020. The research results show that the development of digital financial inclusion can directly reduce the carbon emission intensity and also indirectly inhibit it by promoting energy structure transformation. In the short term, the development of digital financial inclusion in a province has a significant negative spillover effect on its carbon emission intensity, while the development of digital financial inclusion in its neighboring provinces has a positive spillover effect on its carbon emission intensity. Therefore, for promoting carbon emission reduction and achieving the goals of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of digital financial inclusion in optimizing resource allocation, promoting enterprise competition, and improving resource utilization efficiency.
